Lipstick.

Lattes.

Sweet tea. Brooklyn.

I wear lipstick every day - it’s my signature.  Most of the time it’s red because who doesn’t love a red lip? It makes me feel like a #boss and that’s exactly what I am:  A #bossbabe who wears lipstick, drinks almond milk lattes, believes in unicorns and gets sh!t done. My style is a big part of my identity and it took me years to learn how to curate my wardrobe.  The thing is, it’s never complete. It’s constantly evolving and growing, like me.

I think of style like a skill that I have been honing for most of my life.  I started accessorizing at 2 ½ and have never looked back.

There were lots of misguided decisions along the way but that’s part of the journey.  If we didn’t all have at least one awkward phase we wouldn’t be human.

I have always been conscious of the power that clothing has over myself and other people.  When I want to feel a certain way - cute, sexy, confident etc. - I wear clothes that make me feel that way.

Women are in a unique position.  We have far more wardrobe options than men and we need to use that to our advantage.  In a world where women on average make 65 cents on the dollar to men, we need to use our entire arsenal.  Style is part of that and can be learned like coding or programming.

I have spent 20 years in the fashion industry.  That either makes me crazy, or an expert.  Maybe both. I want to use all of that experience to help women and brands find their style voice.  Clothing has played a role in starting revolutions and given a political voice to those who had none. It is a powerful medium and my goal is to help clients use it to their advantage.

I have worked with Megan many times over the last seven years for professional and personal projects. I keep coming back to Megan because she always goes above and beyond and is extremely pleasant to work with. Professionally, I’ve hired her to style photoshoots and the styling she does truly helps to tell the story of the shoot. In many cases, the looks she puts together create the story. Personally, I’ve hired her to help me create my own personal brand. Megan helped me to identify my personal style and how that style plays a much larger part in my professional brand. I loved all of the looks that Megan put together for me and feel more confident dressing for work everyday. If going to your closet every morning to get dressed for work feels dreadful or even just unexciting, I can’t recommend Megan more. Her personal branding and styling work motivated me to get out of my rut and start everyday with my best foot, I mean shoe, forward.

Megan is my go-to resource for any fashion-related quandaries I may have. She is thoughtful and creative, honest and caring, and she has a skilled eye for design and fashion that she uses to bring out the best in everyone she styles.
— Sarah S., Creative Services & Visual Marketing
Megan was a key advisor to two of my startup projects. She has a keen ability to see a business from a perspective that is unique to her skill-set. Couple that with her optimistic personality and hard business questions are tackled gracefully.
